A Living Faith Bears Fruit
Psalm 15 : “Who will dwell with God on His Holy Mountain ?”
One might expect the answer to be “those who are justified by faith.”
However, this question leads to another :
How Do We Know Who Is Truly Saved?
Jesus gives us the answer in Matthew 7:16: “you will know them by their fruits.”
True faith is always evidenced by works - a life transformed by God will produce visible fruit.
Two Types of Service That Prove Genuine Faith
In the book of Revelation, Revelation 8 : 3-4, we see incense rising before God, and at the same time, the prayers of the saints are ascending. This illustrates two key aspects of a believer’s service :
Physical Service ( Our Conduct)
Spiritual Service ( Our Worship and Prayers)
Worship and prayers are seen a pleasing aroma before God. When prayers align with God’s Will, they become acts of service that contribute to His Kingdom. True faith is not passive ; it manifests in both physical actions and spiritual devotion. Those who will dwell with God are those whose faith produces good works, whose lives reflect God’s Holiness, and whose prayers serve His Kingdom.
